1. Ownership And Rights

  1. 1.1All photographs published on Wide Frame Photography remain the property of Jamie unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
  2. 1.2Viewing or downloading a photograph from this site does not transfer copyright, ownership, or exclusive rights.
  3. 1.3Any licence granted by Jamie is limited to the specific purpose agreed in writing and does not create broader usage rights.
  4. 1.4All rights not expressly granted under a written licence remain reserved.

2. Personal Viewing And Downloading

  1. 2.1You may view photography on this site for personal reference and personal enjoyment.
  2. 2.2You may download images made available for free personal use where download access is provided.
  3. 2.3You may not alter, remove watermarks from, or re-distribute photographs as your own work.
  4. 2.4Free personal access does not include commercial, promotional, organisational, or sponsored use of any kind.

3. Permission Required For Organised Use

  1. 3.1Any use connected to revenue, business operations, sponsorship, fundraising, marketing, or organisational activity requires prior written permission.
  2. 3.2This requirement applies to for-profit and nonprofit entities, including clubs, charities, institutions, teams, and event organisers.
  3. 3.3Permission is required whether use is paid or unpaid, direct or indirect, internal or public-facing.
  4. 3.4No organised or commercial use is allowed until written approval has been provided by Jamie.

4. How To Request A Licence

  1. 4.1Licence requests must identify the exact photographs you want to use.
  2. 4.2Requests must explain where the images will appear, the purpose of use, and the intended duration.
  3. 4.3Include references such as event name, day name, post title, gallery URL, or direct image links where available.
  4. 4.4Monetary compensation, licence fees, attribution conditions, or additional terms may be required before approval.
